"This insurance is a scam I cancel my insurance on Jan 6 and at this point still withdrawing from my bank. I have call them they said it will go back to my account and to talk to my bank."

"Thank you for your feedback. Please note the best way to control your billing is via the app (the photo above is a bill from a returned payment). All cancellations are completed and any refunds are handled by corporate. If you are no longer a customer you will receive a refund in the mail if applicable or please consult with your bank for additional charges. All payments are secured and only processed via an authorize consent form that takes the customer through a verification process which is independent of our physical office. Please use your app to ensure all of your financial institutions have been removed. Hoped this provides clarity."

"I transferred to this agent. I called to speak to the agent many times, but was never able to speak with her because they said she was in meetings. They would say I will call you back on this date with an answer or to put you on her calendar, but I have never received a callback. Before actually leaving her agency I sent an email to her explaining the issues I’ve encountered from A-Z and you guessed it…she didn’t care enough to even respond. I work too hard to share my money with people that don’t have time to provide service. Be warned, I left a 1⭐️ because 0 isn’t an option. 2/12/26 I transferred to your agency on 11/6/25 because i wanted to be more intentional and spend money with a Black agency. I requested to speak with you after trying to get a review of my auto policy. The person that answered the phone didn’t seem very knowledgeable so I requested to speak with you. The fact that you finally respond here with no apology says it all. I’m now with an agency that had time to walk me through my auto and fire policies. Giving your clients amazing customer service should always be the high road."

"Thank you for your feedback. I understand you were frustrated about response timing. Our office supports customers through a team based service - model. My staff is licensed, trained, and available to help quickly, while my direct calls are handled by scheduled appointment whenever possible. During the ice storm recovery period, my team was the fastest point of contact and we did not have a set appointment on my calendar. In reference to the email you sent to me, was after you had transferred out of my office without allowing a chance of resolution. You previously transferred to our office from another agent and later transferred again, largely due to wanting immediate direct access to me. While I respect your preferences, that level of on demand is not always feasible in a small business environment. I truly wish you the best with your new agent in hopes they can meet your expectations. 2/18/2026 Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Because you had already moved your policies and were no longer an active customer at the time of your last email, our office was not able to continue correspondence through our customer service channels. However, since you chose to post publicly, I do want to provide clarity and keep the record accurate. When you first contacted our agency after leaving your prior agent, I spoke with you directly, listened to your concerns, and explained our process: my licensed team initiates the first policy review promptly (which they did), and if you wanted a deeper, agent-level discussion, we would schedule an appointment. That appointment option was offered, but it requires booking time in advance due to existing commitments and meetings already on the calendar. Our office did not fail to provide service — the concern was the expectation of an immediate, unscheduled response from me personally, outside of the process we clearly outlined from the beginning. Unfortunately, we were not given adequate time to work through the appointment-based resolution before this review was posted. As a small business — and yes, a Black-owned business — it’s important that public feedback reflects the full and accurate timeline, as misinformation can impact our livelihood and our team. I wish you well moving forward and hope you find an agency that best fits your communication preferences. "

"I was with State Farm for 15 years purchased a new vehicle got a cheaper price with a different company and switched over. Policy came up for renewal called around for quotes and end up speaking with Chasity who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She advised me on all the discounts I was eligible for and she also advised me on life insurance and also followed up after our call. I have/would recommend this location to family and friends for their insurance needs."

"Krystal and her team (shout out to Chasity as well) were fantastic. They were able to overcome some obstacles with a system issue and were able to address all my concerns about my coverage and did so in an incredibly kind and professional way. Their quote for my yearly home insurance premium beat my premium I had with Progressive, but they ended up getting it even lower the day I paid it, which I did not ask for but was a pleasant surprise. Krystal is fantastic and I would recommend her and her team to anyone!"

"Horrible agent… 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Changes I request to my policy always seem to get lost when the change results in lower premiums! Called 12/10 to remove a vehicle and a driver from my policy and was told that the change would be reflected on my next billing. Needless to say both were still on the next invoice so I called State Farm Corporate customer service only to be told that no change had been made. The only way I’ve been able to resolve these types of issues in the past is to withhold my payment until the change has been made. I’m actively looking for new insurance options as I type this. Replying to owner’s response - I’m positive my frustrations are directed at the correct office but I plan to come to the location tomorrow to get this resolved."

"Happy New Year! Unfortunately I checked all my records and I do not have a Raymond Sanders II as a customer in my Agency. Are you sure this is my State Farm Office you are referring to? I do see a customer with your similar name and there was a request for a ln update on a change for a car that is not on the current policy and about a driver that is not listed in the household. I also reviewed the billing and it’s up to date with no issues. We value our customers so much I called my staff on this holiday and they also are unaware of any previous issues. I’m not sure if you are upset at the right office. Please call 972.274.2273 so we can assist you. Our office is closed today on New Years but will be open tomorrow at 9am. Wishing you a blessed 2025"
