"Horrible agent… 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Changes I request to my policy always seem to get lost when the change results in lower premiums! Called 12/10 to remove a vehicle and a driver from my policy and was told that the change would be reflected on my next billing. Needless to say both were still on the next invoice so I called State Farm Corporate customer service only to be told that no change had been made. The only way I’ve been able to resolve these types of issues in the past is to withhold my payment until the change has been made. I’m actively looking for new insurance options as I type this. Replying to owner’s response - I’m positive my frustrations are directed at the correct office but I plan to come to the location tomorrow to get this resolved."

"Happy New Year! Unfortunately I checked all my records and I do not have a Raymond Sanders II as a customer in my Agency. Are you sure this is my State Farm Office you are referring to? I do see a customer with your similar name and there was a request for a ln update on a change for a car that is not on the current policy and about a driver that is not listed in the household. I also reviewed the billing and it’s up to date with no issues. We value our customers so much I called my staff on this holiday and they also are unaware of any previous issues. I’m not sure if you are upset at the right office. Please call 972.274.2273 so we can assist you. Our office is closed today on New Years but will be open tomorrow at 9am. Wishing you a blessed 2025"

"Incompetent employees. One month I had insurance, the next month I didn't. Went online/app. to pay my bill and Iit showed that I didn't owe anything. Tha happened for 2 mos. I looked Hader and it appeared that I had two accounts. I git m father's car after he passed. I went in the office and show his death certificate, etc. I called and spoke to a young lady and she was supposed to call be back and I gave her a couple of days, nothing. I called on Friday, Oct. 25 and left a voice-mail, nothing. Going to another agent or back to Allstate. The policy was closed due to non-payment, because the young lady that works for you was supposed to be following up with me because it appeared that there were 2 accounts and she didn't get back with or try to reinstate me, and obviously she didn't let you know what was going on! So, she needs more training or should be fired."

"It is very unfortunate that we were unable to bring you the service you desired. My team prides themselves on putting the customer first and having open and honest communication. After further research, it seems the policy was closed due to non payment. Please call into the office to resolve so if you still desire to switch agencies we can ensure your account is in good standing for a smooth transition. I hope for a better experience in the future. "

"Spoke with rep Kristie maybe the day before Thanksgiving. I called and requested the declarations page of my homeowners policy be emailed to me. She said that she didn’t see it. I asked if she was sure because I knew that I had the homeowner’s policy with them. She insisted that it wasn’t with them. I said ok, hung up and proceeded to go and look for my policy info. And sure enough, the policy was with them but under my wife’s maiden name. So I call her back and tell her that I’ve found my info and asked her to look under my wife’s name. She did and she found it. She said she would send it right over. So several minutes later I get an email from Kristie but it wasn’t what I asked for. She sent me the declarations page of a renters policy that I have at a different address. So I call her back again and explain that the info she sent wasn’t the right info, and that it is for another property of mine. She responds saying “you don’t have that homeowner’s policy with us, it’s with the State Farm in Lewisville TX.” So in frustration, I got off the phone with her and followed up with the Lewisville office. My gripe is that Kristie saw that what she was sending WAS NOT what I asked for. Instead of her calling me back and clarifying with me what she saw, she just sent something, anything. She didn’t have the courtesy to call and explain anything. I had to call her back just for her to tell me “well that policy isn’t with our office.” I thought she was rude and careless in the way she handled me that day. Normally I don’t have any complaints about this office. But Kristie rubbed me wrong that day."
